What types of SecureHorizons® health plans are available?

UnitedHealthcare offers Medicare Advantage health plans that provide all of the benefits covered under Original Medicare and more. Secure Horizons plans have no limitations for pre-existing conditions for enrollment, and they do not require a physical exam. Depending on where you live, you may have several health plans to choose from, including:

• plans starting with $0 monthly plan premiums*
• plans with or without prescription drug coverage
• plans with networks of local doctors, hospitals, and specialists
• plans that offer the freedom to receive care from the provider of your choice
• plans that offer additional benefits and services not covered by Original Medicare

* You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party.
