Certain Medicare Advantage Plans are available for dual eligible (Medicare/Medicaid) participants. Individuals on Social Security Disability for at least two years may qualify for a Medicare Advantage Plan and a Part-D RX program.
Medicare offers a Part-D RX subsidy program for low-income seniors. Many states also offer low-income subsidy programs for Part-B premiums.
Depending on your specific health care needs and certain other eligibility factors it may be beneficial for you to enroll in a Special Needs Medicare Advantage Plans.
